About Ezra Goldschlager

I attended Williams College where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, and was awarded the John W. Miller prize for the most outstanding student in Philosophy.  Upon graduation, I worked at the trading desk of a Boston-based hedge fund specializing in emerging markets.

I received my J.D. from Yale Law School.  While at Yale, I was a student director of the Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic; represented abused and neglected children in child-protective proceedings; represented a persecuted West-African man in his successful application for political asylum; met with inmates at a maximum security prison to discuss legal issues; and served as a Lead Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review.

After graduating from Yale, I worked in the New York office of the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.  As a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions group, I represented clients in billion-dollar buyouts and blockbuster private equity fund formations.  Now, I help future law students who want the best for themselves in law school and beyond.
